Overview
Strengthening Brand Identity, Digital Systems, and Achieving Industry-Leading Rankings for “Online Counseling”
Commonwealth Creative worked with Thriveworks to elevate its brand identity, optimize technological infrastructure, and enhance user experiences. This included establishing and maintaining first to third page rankings for local and national search terms, “counseling”.
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the engagement eventually focused on brand development. Key initiatives included designing and managing internal technologies, hiring and training new staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving scalability through data-driven insights.
Additionally, infrastructure improvements were implemented to strengthen technological capabilities, customer support, and operational efficiency across the organization.
